But Imagine for a second you happen to be in Mongolia and the only thing on menu is an, on the turn horses head or in Tibet where it's Yak meat for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Maybe you're just a vegetarian outside of Western Europe, North America or India, what do you do? Huh! Gonna indulge in the local cuisine? No of course your not, you might be an open minded adventurous explorer but not when it comes to food! Bad food makes you I'll! Everyone knows that!

Surely this is the perfect food while travelling. On my flight to Thailand I wasn't feeling that well unfortunately and I had digestive biscuits along which were enough more me to keep my appetite to the normal.

biscuits are light in weight, easy to pack and give you a sugary, fatty fix at times when you land in a country where the only food available are unripe green bananas , coconuts with their ever present laxative affect or deep fried chickens feet. another tip never travel anywhere without anti diarrhoea tablets. JR
